All meetings start at 6:00 pm, typically on Mondays. The exact dates are below.

Minutes of Town Council Meetings are published below once they are approved. The current year plus one previous year are listed on this page. If you wish older Minutes, please contact the Municipal Office.

The deadline for a submission for Regular Council Meetings is the Thursday prior. This provides adequate time for Administrative Staff to prepare materials for the Meeting.

Any delegation wishing to meet with Town Council must complete and submit the Delegation Request Form. The form should be submitted one week in advance; but, no later than Thursday prior to the Meeting. The form is available here. Those wishing to attend as a delegation are also encouraged to review The Procedure Bylaw, available here.  The Time limit is generally 15 minutes.
