All Property taxes are due on December 31st of each year.
As per the Discount and Penalty Bylaw, there is a discount on Municipal taxes as follows:
| January & February | 5% |
| March & April | 3% |
| May & June | 1% |
A penalty of 1.876% per month is added to tax arrears on the first day of each month. Please ensure your payment is received in the office prior to the first.
