Homeowners who want to submit their own water meter read should complete this form every 2 months.

In order to complete a Water Connection or Disconnection, Town Office must receive the signed application form and necessary fees at least 1 day in advance. You cannot contact Town Office and receive service on the same day.

Water Connections and Disconnections are scheduled between 9 am and 11 am, Monday through Thursday; Friday is not available.
Due to COVID-19, town staff will not enter any residences or buildings, except in an extreme emergency. As such, it is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure someone is at the property in order to have water connected. Once Kamsack resumes normal operations, town staff will need to visit the property again in order to complete an inspection and verify that water has been connected correctly. Again, the applicant must ensure someone is at the property in order to complete this follow-up appointment.
Water bills are issued every 2 months to homeowners and commercial properties and every month to renters and industrial properties.

The minimum charge is applied each month, whether or not any water has been used.
Water utility service may be discontinued if a water and sewer utility account is not paid within 30 days of the billing date. Discontinuance of and reconnection of a water utility service shall be in accordance with the Utility Management Bylaw.
Town Council may limit the use of water by a resolution passed at a regular or special Council Meeting.
The resolution takes effect immediately or on the date specified in the resolution.
