ADMINISTRATION CLERK - Temporary Position
The Town of Kamsack requires an enthusiastic individual to join the front office team as an Administration Clerk for a period of approximately 8 months to cover a maternity leave.
This position performs a variety of tasks from general receptionist duties, to cash handling to bookkeeping functions. This position requires a cooperative team attitude, above average customer service skills, attention to detail, a knowledge of bookkeeping and expertise with MS-Office applications.
Excellent public relations and communication skills
General office procedure knowledge & understanding
Familiarity with bookkeeping processes and applications
Completion of business courses or graduation from a recognized business school.
A Local Government Administration Certificate or knowledge of MuniSoft Municipal Software applications would be considered an asset.
Salary as per current CUPE Collective Agreement - $16.75 - $22.88 / hour and will be dependent upon experience and qualifications.
