Pets found in Kamsack on Monday, March 10th
The Town of Kamsack Bylaw Enforcement Officer has found a cat and a dog, the cat is grey and white cat (possibly male) and was found near Co-Op grocery store. It has been well looked after cat and it has a blue collar but no tag. The dog is possibly female, black and white and is a short haired terrier found in area of Notched Branch Bistro. There was no tag or collar on the dog but it appears that it has been looked after, both animals will be taken to the SPCA in Yorkton if they are not picked up.
Kamsack leads the way in Canada's Rural Communities for Culture Days 2013
Kamsack was listed as the 2nd in the official Culture Days Top Ten List of all participating rural communities across Canada. This is a fantastic achievement for our town and we would like to thank all those for taking part and the volunteers who helped make the event a success!
Kamsack's new Fire Hall almost complete!
Kamsack's new Fire Hall is starting to take shape, the main front doors have been installed and the completion date for the hall will be in late March, 2014 so please keep an eye out for details of the grand opening!
